Meet the Staff
Ana Andrade – Office Manager
Ana joins our office with over 22 years in the dental field. She is well versed in the clinical and administrative aspects of a dental office. In her spare time, she enjoys watching 49ers games and series, reading books and spending time with her family and friends.
Serena Lucero – Scheduling Coordinator and Professional Relationship Director
Serena is our professional relationship director and will be the friendly face you see when you walk into our office. Serena joined our team with experience in oral surgery but was quick to adapt to the periodontal world. She will be in our front office to greet you and assist with your scheduling needs. She was born in Washington but lived in the deserts of Nevada and Arizona. In her free time, Serena loves to dance at festivals and enjoys spending time with her family.
Itzela Orozco – Scheduling Coordinator
Itzela is a key part of our front desk team, ensuring every patient enjoys a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. Growing up in the Bay Area, she deeply values family and community, a philosophy she brings to the office by helping people feel comfortable and happy with their visit. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her friends and family during outings and get-togethers.
Jorge Ramos – Treatment Coordinator
Jorge is a dedicated dental professional who brought his 11+ years of experience to our office. Patients appreciate his warm personality and gentle approach, which helps them feel completely at ease. Jorge is passionate about helping every patient achieve a healthy, confident smile. Outside of work, he enjoys watching sports, spending time with friends and family, and making the most of life’s everyday moments.
Rosa Gonzalez – Surgical Dental Assistant
Rosa is our lead surgical assistant. She has over 14 years of experience in the dental field. Her dental background consists of Periodontal, Oral Surgery, and other surgical related procedures. Her primary goal as an assistant is to make patients feel at ease and comfortable in our office. In Rosa’s free time she loves to cook for her family. She also enjoys decorating, traveling, and fishing.
Kim Casuga – Surgical Dental Assistant
Kimberly is a dedicated dental assistant with a passion for helping others and making people smile. She began her career in dentistry in 2022, exploring various fields in the practice before finding a home in Periodontics.
What sets her apart is her commitment to creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients. We believe that a friendly attitude, clear communication, and active listening can effectively ease anxiety about dental visits. She proudly receives positive feedback from both patients and colleagues for her warm demeanor and calming presence.
She is eager to grow professionally and connect with fellow peers, exploring opportunities to enhance her skills further. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, gardening, hiking, and living life to the fullest!
Rochelle has worked in the dental field for 34 years and as a Dental Hygienist for Dr. Low since 1994. She is passionate about her work and a strong advocate for patients. She has exceptional patient care and clinical skills and inspires patients to better oral care by helping them to understand the systemic benefits of excellent dental health. Rochelle earned her degree in Dental Hygiene in 1989 from Foothill College, graduating with honors. In her free time, Rochelle enjoys cooking, baking, sewing, and TED talks.
Kirsten Simpson – Registered Dental Hygienist
Kirsten has worked in the dental field for over 20 years and has worked with Dr. Low since 2000. As a dedicated and skilled clinician graduating 2nd in her class, her well-rounded focus on dentistry has given patients positive impact on their dental health. She serves as coordinator of the South Bay Perio Study Club that meets in our office quarterly. Her easy going and calm demeanor helps patients relax. Kirsten has a BA from George Washington University in Washington DC. She also has diamond expertise and diamond grading certifications from Gemological Institute of America and is a 1st degree black belt in American Kenpo Karate.
Nicole Low – Registered Dental Hygienist
Nicole believes in providing high quality dental care and making you feel comfortable during your visit.
After attending high school in Saratoga, she went on to receive her Bachelor of Science degree in General Biology and a minor in Photography at University of California, San Diego. Her time in San Diego volunteering and managing a free dental clinic provided insight into the necessity and importance of dental hygiene. Following her passion, she completed her training to become a Dental Hygienist at Carrington College in San Jose.
Taking care of your teeth and preserving your smile for the future is one of her main goals when you come to visit.
Outside of the office, Nicole enjoys scuba diving, traveling, reading, and being with her family.
Quy Ngoc Le – Registered Dental Hygienist
Ngoc just earned her degree in Dental Hygiene from University of the Pacific recently. Before she developed her interested in dental hygiene career, she was a Registered Dental Assistant for 10 years. During the time in school of Dental Hygiene program, she got strong interested in perio, and she felt accomplished when she saw a great result from treating a perio patient. With her passion new career, she hopes she can help patients to achieve an oral health care routine successfully. In her free time, she likes to spend time with her family, enjoy cooking, doing yoga and reading books
